How your Diet and Exercise Affects your Skin?
Your daily exercise can affect not only your strength, balance, and flexibility but also your skin! By increasing your heart rate you are improving your blood circulation - which delivers oxygen to your skin along with nutrients. The oxygen and nutrients will help keep your skin glowing and maybe glistening as well. While you exercise, your body will also give off endorphins, which can help relax the body as well. A more relaxed body will have a better quality of sleep at night, giving you the beauty rest you deserve.
What you consume can greatly affect your skin. One of the simplest ways to improve your skin is to drink more water!! Take a moment and consider how much water you drank today. During the winter months when we are colder it is easier to skip water, which will dry out our body. Drinking water will plump up your skin instead of giving it a dehydrated dry wrinkled look we are all trying to avoid. Sometimes the simplest of choices, like drinking more water - can you skip a coffee or soda and add a couple more glasses of water a day, can have the greatest effects on our skin.
